Product description
🔒LAMTTO DC22 4G LTE Car Security Camera
⚠️Requires Cellular Data Plan to Work (Like a Phone)
❗ BEFORE YOU BUY — PLEASE CONFIRM
❌ This product does NOT work without internet✅ A SIM card with a data plan is REQUIRED
✅This device only works with a standard Nano SIM card — one is already installed inside.
✅You can replace it with another Nano SIM, but please contact us before doing so.
✅ 1-Year Warranty + 30-Day Free Returns
✅ 24/7 Support — contact us first with any issue!
👉This is a 4G LTE cellular camera, not a WiFi camera. Just like a smartphone, network service is necessary for live view, alerts, GPS, and cloud features.
🚫If you do NOT want to pay for cellular data, you can use it as a regular dash cam, but it won't have any real-time functionality.
◑If you prefer not to use our pre-installed SIM card, you can swap it out for your own — just contact us first and we'll walk you through it.
📶CONNECTIVITY OPTIONS (VERY IMPORTANT)
Option 1️⃣：Use Official SIM (Pre-installed)
·SIM card is already inside the device
·Activation required in UBoxPro App
·Includes 7-day FREE unlimited data
·Paid subscription required after trial
📌Data plans are purchased inside the app
Option 2️⃣：Use Your Own Local SIM (Support Required)
·Supports Verizon / AT&T / T-Mobile
·Must contact our store support before use so our engineer can unlock the SIM
·Unlocking requires Device UID QR code
⚠️Do NOT insert your SIM before contacting support.
🚗VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY (CHECK FIRST)
✔Works with:
·OBD2 vehicles (1996+)
·12V passenger cars only
·Supports iOS 12+ / Android 10+
❌Does NOT work with:
·Tesla
·OBD1 vehicles
·Semi-trucks / heavy-duty vehicles
·Some Honda models (recessed OBD port)
🚫Incompatible vehicles may cause connection failure.
If the camera doesn't turn on, please switch the OBD cable's voltage protection from 12V to 11.6V.
This prevents the 12V safety cutoff from triggering when your car battery is at its resting voltage (typically 11.8V), ensuring continuous power without draining your battery.
